Because all products sold on this website are digital downloads, all sales are considered final.
Once the digital files or download link have been delivered to you — whether or not you open the email, access your account, or download the files — your purchase becomes non‑refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Digital products cannot be “sent back,” so we do not offer returns or exchanges after delivery.
No Refunds or Exchanges After Delivery
We do not issue refunds or exchanges once:
- The download link has been sent to your email, or
- The digital files have been made available in your account.
Delivery is considered complete at the moment the system provides access, not when the customer opens or downloads the files. This protects our work from unauthorized distribution.
Refunds or Exchanges MAY be granted in special cases
A refund will only be considered if ALL of the following conditions are met:
- You have not received access to the digital files or download link (no email delivered and no access in your account).
- You contact us within 24 hours of purchase.
- A technical issue on our side prevents us from delivering access.
OR
- You were charged in error (duplicate payment, etc.).
If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Unauthorized Sharing
Your purchase grants a single‑user license for personal classroom use by the purchasing teacher or school. Reproduction, redistribution, uploading to shared drives, or sharing with other teachers, parents, or institutions is strictly prohibited.
